The pharmacy and front-end staff at this location are consistently rude and unhelpful. I’ve successfully gotten price matches here in the past, but recently a cashier named Azar, who acted like they knew everything, told me they can't do it anymore and suggested I just go online. I was matching the price on the CVS website, not a third-party site. The pharmacy staff is also very standoffish and unwilling to assist. I asked about something they’ve helped with before, but suddenly, it’s an issue now. The only positive experience I’ve had is with the MinuteClinic staff, who are much more professional and helpful. Unfortunately, the customer service doesn’t extend beyond them. HIGHLY Recommend the location a few blocks up by the Trader Joe’s. staff there is much more friendly and willing to help.

This location is a nightmare. But admittedly none of the locations is good. How can one pharmacy be so incompetent, slow and lack any sense of customer service. How many days does it take to fill a prescription for an inhaler? Clearly more than 2. The main reason drug stores exist is to fill prescriptions. And they wonder why they are all going under. They only have one job to do and can’t get it right.

This CVS location has become a train wreck. Rude employees, erratic pharmacy hours, disorganized store. Feel like I’ve stepped into the twilight zone. The pharmacy is the worst part. Only use them when necessary or have a coupon and already moved all of our prescriptions to Publix. Huge positive difference!!

This is the worst pharmacy ever! Whacky hours, no consideration, and rude employees! I tried to complain to mgmt and they weren’t even there! Who opens up at 11 on Sunday to completely close down at 130?!? I’ll be changing pharmacies immediately!

Not surprised this store gets 2.3 starts average, I was picking up meds and was in lat 1:27 pm when a young lady can’t remember her name with a Tatto in a her right forearm told me she was closing and won’t be able to help. I explained I had a flight to catch and need to pick up my prescription she point blank told me she could not help me even though I was second in line before the lunch closing time!!!
