07MK3 StarWesley in the pharmacy was super helpful today when I called about an insurance issue. AND he was very pleasant to speak with. My experiences with this pharmacy (the only one my insurance accepts outside of mail orders) have historically left much to be desired (possibly because they're so slammed all the time?) I will say the majority of my interactions with pharmacy personnel have typically been good; I just think they're understaffed to handle the influx of prescriptions they always seem to have. Getting scripts filled timely has been my problem with this CVS location.Tuesday 11th June 2024
Linda1 StarWhen checking on an expensive prescription, I asked what exactly the doctor prescribed. I was told, three times, that the computer system automatically generates an order for a generic. Although for this, someone changed that to name brand. I asked who changed it? Did the doctor change it? The young lady did not know. I asked what exactly the doctor prescribed (which was over $100 less than name brand). The young lady said they were very busy and that she ASSUMED that it was the doctor. I said it was important to know EXACTLY what was prescribed and the woman hung up on me. I checked with the doctor and was told the generic was prescribed. If you want to ASSUME that your prescription is correct, this CVS is for you. That's not good enough or professional enough for me.Friday 21st June 2024
PJ Bohlin1 StarMy experience at this location has hardly ever been good. Whether I pick up my prescription inside or use drive-thru window, it always takes forever! And I'm not dropping the rx off, we're talking about something that they notified me was ready for pick up. I get that they’re understaffed, so I don’t blame the staff, but I do blame management for the hot mess that CVS has turned into. If it was up to me, I'd never step foot in this place again, but I'm forced to use CVS by my insurance company.
Update Sept 2024 - They're still the worst and I'm changing my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. Nothing has changed at this location, in fact, things have gotten worse. Multiple mistakes have been made w/ my prescriptions in recent months. Just a pia to deal with these people!Thursday 5th September 2024
Minal Visaria Rubright1 StarAwful customer service at the pharmacy, I can see why the reviews are so bad.
My husband and I went in to pick up medication for our young sick child. The tech led us to believe that the Rx wasn't filled out correctly and had to be reviewed. Panic started to set in as it was 6 pm on a Friday and the doctors office was closed till Monday.
The tech didn't know how to communicate and when asked for clarification 3 times she walks away rudely finally mumbling that it was the pharmacist that needed to reviewband she told us that the first time. Which she didn't so Kevin the pharmacist walks over with an attitude and was rude as well. Last time I go to get my Rx there.
I don't much go to CVS so haven't been in over a year. Management should bring back the old crew, they were friendly and knew how to communicate.Friday 15th March 2024
Courtnee Monterde1 StarThis is the 3rd time now that I have been here at 8am (when they supposedly open) and NO ONE is in the parking lot. Last time I waited a little over 30 mins for whoever is supposed to open the store came speeding into the parking lot to open. If you can't open the store at 8am when you say you open, then get someone who can. I need to get some allergy meds for my kid. I'm here when YOU say you open. And it's an empty parking lot. I'm not waiting 30+ min for someone to show up to open the store. Do better. It happens once, I get it. Things happen. Traffic, whatever. 2nd time - kind of annoying. Just do better. But a third time?? Are you serious?? And these are just the 3 times I've been here. Who knows how often this happens. It can't JUST happen to be the 3 times I've been here. 🙄
While writing this review it is now almost 8:10 and still no one is here to open the store. Another customer is here also waiting. Unacceptable.Monday 27th March 2023
