Horrible service. I was at the drive thru to pick up prescriptions at 8:45 AM. I could see the staff walking around, yet no one acknowledged me or said anything for 7 minutes. This location needs better management. Just went to the CVS survey website as listed on the receipt and it requires a survey ID number that the receipt doesn't list.

They gave me considerably fewer Adderall pills on two separate occasions, they didn't seem to care and acted as if it was no big deal. The first time it happened, I had already driven away and I was worried they wouldn't replace the missing pills - but they did, as if it happens often. After that, I began checking the bottle before I pulled away, and sure enough it happened again. After that second time I stopped going to them.

This particular location is always a mess and the computers for pictures and check out always glitch out. It doesn’t help that the employees seem sad and that customer service is a stretch for them. The pharmacy literally lost my prescription and called a month later for another request and by that time I switched venues altogether. I gave it three times because I like the Trader Joes next door, but it isn’t worth the disappointment.

Do not waste your time here. After trying to get my photos printed and not having success with the app (I tried 5+ times), I called CVS to see if they had received any of my orders since I had sent so many in at this point. Upon calling them, after waiting through their “press one for this, two for that, in a few words what do you need help with” automated recording, a team member finally answered the phone, only to hang up on me as soon as I partially stated what was happening. I have no words. I am beyond thankful I moved my prescriptions over to Publix and have no reason for ever returning to this CVS. Don’t waste your time.

I’m really disgusted with the pharmacy at this CVS, specifically the lead pharmacist. He doesn’t communicate and he treats his customers with a complete lack of respect. The last straw was when he refused to fill a prescription from my doctor for Paxlovid and then lied to me to say it was an insurance issue. My doctor was outraged and sent the prescription to Walmart instead, who had no issues filling it, though it cost me a 2 day delay starting it. I understand that pharmacists are supposed to ‘manage’ a patient’s prescriptions despite having no insight into their actual health conditions, but this pharmacist has twice put my health at serious risk by delaying urgent prescriptions because he didn’t understand what it was for. I’m done with CVS.
