They used to be great, but have gone way downhill over the past year... especially the last few months. They have implemented the most anti-customer policies. Here are just two: — The entire pharmacy closes down for lunch everyday. They don't stagger shifts like other pharmacies and businesses. No, they close the entire pharmacy down for lunch. So, if you're unlucky enough to come during their 'lunch break', then you are completely out of luck. To add insult to injury, it's difficult to find out what time they are closed, because the hours listed on Google do not include the time the pharmacy to closed for lunch. — It's now impossible to talk to anyone from the pharmacy via the telephone. You have to go through a dozen prompts on the phone and then you can only leave a voicemail. In my experience, they rarely call you back. When they do, their call doesn't ring. They simply leave a vm on my phone. So, if I have follow up questions, then I have to play another round of voicemail... again usually they do not bother calling you back. On another note, I've had a critical medication on order for over a week. They were supposed to have it transferred in, but they haven't done it. I have called numerous times and left several voicemail this week regarding this situation. They finally left me a voicemail 3 days ago asking me again if I want them to have it transferred. I called them back immediately and left them a vm saying 'yes, please transfer it'. Shocker.. I never received a reply. I stopped in the second they opened this morning and followed up in person. The pharmacist said she would find out what's going on and personally call me. It's now evening and they are closed.... NO CALL!! I guess it's time to look for a pharmacy that actually respects their customers."

This store is such a weird location all of the staff inside continuously disappoint with their negative sour attitudes. It's amazing just such negative poor customer service. The only reason we go in here is because it is convenient but we try to avoid it if at all possible. Today was another reminder of why we don't go in here we would rather drive miles away and spend lots more money than go to this location. The pharmacy at times can be okay. But customer service is horrible. Also the prices are probably 25% higher for routine items that you would find anywhere based probably on the location. There are a lot of nice homes and prominent people that live near here so sadly the prices are noticeably higher. This is not an opinion this is back. To the poor employees with terrible attitudes that work here why not do us all a favor and find yourself another job. Perhaps in a warehouse where you don't have to deal with people.

Edmund is rude and condescending and should be fired / unemployed as he has no discernible people skills, personality, or common sense as it comes to engaging with folks on a basic human level. He has laughed at me and treated me like I was stupid on multiple occasions. Transferred to Kroger. There’s a reason this store has such a low rating as it rests on the backs of unqualified “workers” like Edmund, whom I wish nothing but the worst.

Absolutely NO customer service. If you need to speak to someone in the pharmacy you have to leave a message.

I have never experienced a more mismanaged pharmacy in my life. Tried to pick up a prescription… still not done after nearly a day of waiting. No one behind the counter has any sense of urgency, nor does it appear they are well trained. The line kept growing longer, until people began simply leaving. Never experienced this when I went to Walgreens….. but our new insurance plan is cvs focused. 40 minutes waiting…. And counting
