I would like to complement James the pharmacist at CVS on Martin Luther King Drive.First of all he always greets you with the most warm and sincere greetings. He is truly a professional and he always has my mother's prescriptions ready. On the rare occasions when they have not been filled he always tells me to sit down and he will make it happen. I use to hate going to that CVSto pick up my mother's prescriptions but he has really improved the service at CVS Pharmacy. Again thanks James

completely unprofessional as far as the pharmacy department. the employee at "Drop-off" was extremely helpful, yet EVERYONE ELSE-NOT. dropped off prescriptions, they refilled all but 1; said it wasn't seen. Called the pharmacy about 4 times to ensure they were all filled and was placed on "hold" then the phone disconnected. Customer service is trash. Every one makes eye contact, yet no one offers to help and when you display irritation, the employee "matches the irritation" by doing things such as typing hard, not wanting to engage and discussing how they're "ready to go" with their coworkers.

Super friendly, helpful, didn’t have spend money to use the restroom, and security showed me where to go. What a helpful bunch. Thank you 😊 see you all again soon. And just because of their hospitality. I spent money to show my appreciation. Go tell your neighboring restaurants with their you can’t pee before you purchasing losing money selves.

From the lack of professionalism to the blatant disregard for customer care floored me. Went to pickup a prescription that was sent to them 5 days ago. Only to be informed that they did not fill it and that it won’t be ready until Saturday. An emergency inhaler that is needed the head pharmacist said “If you want it sooner go to a less busier CVS”
