I always have a great experience here picking up my regular medication. The pharmacist here Farrah is both knowledgeable and empathetic and treats you like family. I hope they can continue to serve the community for a long time.

They put my prescription on hold after filling it no problem for 3 months. They didn't call or send a text message to contact them. When I tried to call I got the wrong line but instead of helping me I was told to leave a message and got hung up on. I had to drive up to the pharmacy and after a 3 minute conversation, was told it was on hold due to insurance issues (I haven't used insurance to fill that rx in months). They then filled the rx in 15 minutes while I waited in my car. I am not a patient that is in pain or dying from anything but I pity the people who are and have to deal with that staff. They obviously hate what they do for a living and should be replaced.

Went after work to pick up medication for my wife. Drive through was out of order, no parking spots available so I had to park next door instead. Almost didn't make it as I got inside at 6:45. The employees said that "everything shuts down" at 7, including the computer system. They refused to apply the person before me's insurance as "it would take too long". Gave her the option of paying full price or coming back tomorrow. I find it appalling that critical medication suppliers could have a hard time cut-off built into their system. As a software developer myself this is highly unethical. I can't imagine whoever thought this was a good idea or the type of person who would willing implement it. So tl:dr go early. Edit: as far as I know those people no longer work here. However the culture hasn't changed. I called at 1pm, got put on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up on me. I'm guessing to go on lunch break 10 minutes early.
