The two female technicians working in the pharmacy on August 22 at 4pm were extremely rude and completely ignorant to the facts of my situation. Nor did they care in the slightest that I was in desperate need of help getting my prescriptions filled for a surgery I just had. They gave my wife and I attitude about not being able to fill a prescription and said they hadn’t had the medication in stock “for weeks”, when I was able to fill the same prescription less than two weeks previous. Wish I had gotten their names so everyone could know to avoid them specifically. No one there seemed to care at all about the well-being of their patients and this is just another by-product of a broken American healthcare system where corporations care more about their profits than they do people.

Staff is rude , nonchalant and hangs up on people. I will be using Kroger from now on. Guy works with hood on and ignores people. He works with headphones.

Pharmacy personnel are rude. Never have your prescription (always need to order). Uncompromising (will tell you they don’t have your drug when the issue is they just don’t have quite enough of your drug). Will tell you the prescription is too old but it’s old because they never had the drug. One Star because Google does not allow Zero Stars.
