The young man at the counter was very rude using his hand gestures to tell me that I was not listening to him. That someone placed my prescription in the wrong bin. I was trying to explain to him that I had just called it in 30-45 minutes before my arrival and that it may not be in a bin. The prescription was lying right next to the pharmacist. He gave me my prescription did not say one word to me. He just stood there while I read the screens on the signature pad to finalize the pick up to generate a receipt. Worse CVS experience EVER!!!!!! I have always used CVS my entire life. NOT ANYMORE. There’s too much competition for me to be treated this way.

The pharmacy is tough to work with. We use this location because of the drive thru and avoiding getting two little ones out of the car for prescriptions or if they are sick. I pulled up well before the lunch break cut off (which I believe is great that they do and enforce) with two cars in front of me. By the time it was my turn, I pull up to the window at 1:32 and they are closing it. No other cars were behind me. If you are going to close the window on someone I would suggest either getting a camera so the inside knows how many cars are left in line or getting a red/green light system that allows cars in line to know they will not be acknowledged. I highly doubt this would have happened if I were inside waiting in line.

Worst cvs I’ve ever been to. Lazy, incompetent, can’t figure out how to use a touchless payment method. You can stand in line and they will literally close the drive-through in your face, just generally a complete and total black of Customer Service. I am endeavoring to move all of my prescriptions out of this disastrous location.it’s also amazing. Every prescription I need they will take weeks to fall and I can’t help but wonder if they’re not just plainly anti-Semitic
