I wouldn’t trade this cvs for nothing in the world. The staff are all really polite and they make sure you’re taken care of before you either drive away or walk away. Congrats on a Great Team!

On multiple occasions, I have called this location to see if they have a medication in stock. As per the process, I have called and left a message via the prompt system. Each time I complete this process, I do not get a call back. Last week, I called over 13 pharmacies to find the medication I needed. This location will not return your phone call and the only other way to speak to someone is by coming in via the prescribers line so make sure your physician calls. Otherwise you a screwed.

YES, CARTINIE was by far one the BEST and most helpful employees at CVS Pharmacy I've ever met!! GIVE HER A RAISE PLEASE! She took more time to help me increase my RX discount for 3 months worth of medicine while I'm waiting for my insurance to kick in next year 😭. People like her DESERVE recognition when it comes to outstanding customer service!!

Oh wow yeah I can definitely see I'm not the only one here who has had the displeasure of dealing with the old lady at the one minute clinic. Completely rude and passive aggressive for no reason. Probably a racist hag who's just upset she works at a CVS clinic rather than an actual hospital. I don't know how she hasn't been fired yet.

If your appointment is with Judy, just cancel it. She's terrible! My wife has struggled with strep for 2 months! They did her 3rd strep test which came back positive, but because Judy wasn't the one who conducted the test, she refused to write a prescription for my wife! On top of that, she was UGLY and got snippy and combative with my wife when she spoke to her. This CVS has lost our business simply on the chance we get this horrible care giver again.
