⭐ If I could give 0 star, I would. I want to start by saying that this business has not been honest about the duration and effectiveness of their laser treatments. I have proof in my ledger showing I’ve gone here for two full years, completing 24 full-body laser sessions. I stopped going in May, and it’s now October. I’ve gone into the office three separate times to discuss my dissatisfaction with the results, and after spending over $3,500, I am extremely upset. Despite faithfully following all instructions, I have seen little to no improvement, especially on my face and body. I even got second opinions and went back to my wax esthetician, who was shocked at how much hair I still have. I even went so far as to get bloodwork done to rule out any hormonal issues — everything came back completely normal. When I returned a third time to express my concerns and request a partial refund, I was only offered three free sessions. If 24 sessions didn’t make a difference, what would 3 more do? The staff kept insisting nothing was wrong with their laser and that I “did have results.” Please, save your money and go elsewhere. Do your research, ask questions, and make sure the laser technology is effective for your skin tone and hair type before signing any contract. For anyone with medium to dark skin tones or coarse hair, especially college students on a budget, learn from my experience — Dermani Medspa was my biggest regret. I am now back to paying for full-body waxing every month just to feel confident again.

Lolanda has done my laser hair removal for the last few months, and she is the BEST! She does such a great job and always makes me feel comfortable. She’s also so much fun! The rooms are super clean, and its always an enjoyable experience. Would recommend Lolanda to anyone.

Hannah does such an amazing job. She is thorough, asks if you were happy with your last patient and isn’t pushy at all. She makes you feel at ease and gives you a detailed explanation before your treatment! Highly recommend!!!!!! Happy face! 😍😍😍
