Houston! We have a problem. I have given Dramatic Weight Loss many kudos over years and praised the he service and staff in helping me meet my weight loss goals. However, this establishment future is questionable. I called to order the shakes, their staple product. I was told the did not have ANY shakes and don’t know when or if they will be providing these products again. No shakes, no protein bars, gum, mints, creamer….DWL only has the diet pills from around $125 for 30 days. That’s over $4 a pill. I see it is probably time to search for another service who will provide the products needed. However, I am grateful for their past services…

INCREDIBLE! A few months ago, I contacted DWL to order shakes and other dietary supplements. The receptionist who always has a bad attitude, as described in these Google reviews, flippantly informed me DWL had no shakes or supplements. I asked when they would have these items that are the center of DWL foundation. I was told "I dun know." Naturally I was not pleased and wrote a review describing this experience. I called about a month later to see if DWL received any products and THANKFULLY spoke to a specialist who exuded strong customer service skills. She informed me shakes among other items were available. Fast forward. I recently called to request an order. Spoke to that rude receptionist again. She called me out and told me she was not able fill my order. I was puzzled as to why following flimsy excuses. But then the real reason came out. The receptionist called out the fact I wrote a negative review and told the doctor that I did not want to be a customer. What kind of education did she receive? The review that I wrote explained why I was not happy - NO PRODUCTS AND RUDE SERVICE. Now that DWL got their act together, paid their bills and got more product in, I was inclined to order more product and just endure the horrific service I normally receive. Did DWL give me a courtesy call and inform me that they received these products? No - I called them and found this information out...and would have remained a customer had it not been for this recent episode of retaliation, rudeness, AND violations of MY privacy that this receptionist revealed. The receiptionist said the doctor keeps a record of bad Google reviews, hold their files hostage, violate their rights, and crosses them off the list. Well, NO THANK YOU! DWL, you have really slid down the slope, especially when you were at once fully staffed with competent people in the glory days. NOOOOOO THANK YOU. Please discard my file, for now I will never use your services again and will continue wearing your negative billboard EVERYWHERE I go. People, $ave your money, don't waste your time or engery with this company. Walk - - I MEAN RUN AWAY!!!!

I have been a customer since 2011. I have never had a problem with the customer service. They are always courteous and very helpful. I always reach my goal weight whenever I use their products.

Excellent Service! The products work and the shakes taste great. I have four kids and I was still able to lose 55 pounds on this program. I am healthy and the people there are amazing. You can tell that they really care about you. I started the program 3 months ago and I am still on it. I have started the maintenance program and have not gained a single pound. I would recommend anyone to give this a try.

Customer service is key! With the exception of Jessica, everyone's attitude is jacked up. Every staff member act as though they do not want to work. Even the new staff members makes no attempt to build rapport. The plan that they offer can be bought at other weight loss facilities for a portion of their cost. Dr. Mansfield should do something to get his old staff back on board.
