Every time I go into the Providence Square GNC, I'm amazed at the amount of knowledge Rose has for every product I ask about. ...and I ask about a LOT of products. You'd think that such knowledge is par for the course for people who work at health-food/nutrition stores, but that's sadly not the case. I'll keep coming back, for sure.

I walked into the store and spoke to the young man working. First of all, the store has an odd smell. Secondly, the employee was watching a sporting event (most likely on his phone) behind the counter. Not one time did he ask me if I needed assistance or if I found what I was looking for as he was too focused on whatever he was watching. Clearly, it was more important than assisting the customer. Therefore, I put my items down and walked out. The last few times I’ve been at this location, the customer service hasn’t been great. Also, the employees I’ve encountered recently haven’t been very knowledgeable about the products.

I recently visited this GNC location looking to expand my knowledge of daily supplements/vitamins. I was helped by a man named John, who went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered. I am rarely impressed by the staff at other GNC locations, but the attention to detail and customer service of this store is outstanding.

Rosemary is the most knowledgeable of any of the GNC I have been going to. She is always willing to assist and offer suggestions, with backup as to why she suggested that particular item.
