I went here yesterday before dinner to grab some refill vitamins. The owner of the shop really was helpful on which vitamins I could use instead. My father was with me to help pay for the vitamins since they do get expensive. I value the owner here because she is utmost respectful and a very nice lady.

Very knowledgeable staff! I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door. Asked if I needed any help and pointed me in the right direction. Went over many different products and helped me pick out exactly what I needed. I'm so glad I decided to stop in to this GNC today!

I would give less than 1 star if possible. The clerk was so busy talking on her cell phone she couldn’t stop to acknowledge that anyone was in the store. When I finally found what I wanted to purchase I completed the entire transaction without her ever saying a word including Thank You! Lots of businesses looking for business this one just lost mind. Try hiring people that are more interested in customer service than talking to friends on their cell phone.

I dropped in to pick up some Ghost. Inventory was low. While I was in the store the young lady at checkout straight up profile a young black male simply because he walked toward the door with a product. She stopped checking me out and watched him intensely. He only went to the look at other products by the door. If you don’t want people walking toward the door with your products, then don’t put product by the door. It was awkward to see her do that.

This store should get 0 stars but you have to choose at least one to write a review. The owner of the store is very short he directed me towards the flaxseed. I got on my phone to read a review to make my decision and he bent over the counter looked at me and said my store is closing are either of these going to be good enough for you. I told him no, got up walked to the door and said this is why I will never return to that store! They are never pleasant, they are never polite. The only even acknowledge your existence because they have to but that's just about all you're going to get out of this store they'll never see another dime from me ever. This is why I'm going to start buying from American owned only, not people who take advantage of our system, coming from another country and selling our goods 50% marked up....ridiculous!
