I want to thank a young woman named Kaylee or Kailee (I hope one of those is the correct spelling) for being so extremely helpful , informative, patient and welcoming. This employee provided a safe and caring space while I was nervous to come in at first, as I’m so little and I felt my needs would be hard to describe . However she immediately asked and listened to what I was looking for and helped me find what I needed as a weight gainer and very carefully explained instructions to avoid stomach irritation , as well as helping me find the best vitamins to pair along with the supplements. We even got a good deal on some omega 3s! All thanks to her Her level of care exceeded my expectations, I wanted to make sure to thank and credit her for the help to getting closer to my health goals.

This place truly has a "mom and pop" feel. Every employee I've talked to has great product knowledge, and the owner couldnt be a nicer guy. I asked about a specific preworkout a couple of times and it was always out of stock. I never asked anyone to order the product, but to my pleasant surprise they started carrying it. Never had a bad experience with this location, they deserve their 5 star rating.

The Manager is rude. He spoke to me in a inappropriate tone and accused me of lying about what his employee told me. I brought a product from here. The cashier told me I could return in within 60 days. I went to get a refund within 30 days because the product was not what it advertised. I was kind and I wasn't rude. I told him what the casher said and his exact words were " no, don't try that. He is trained. He knows better. He would never say that." I said in a nice tone, " well maybe he was sleepy because he di-" He cuts me off, " No. stop it. Don't try that. Don't go there. He would never and I would never." I could not understand why he took it so personally. It was not that serious. He continued to have a "ghetto - professional" demander. Long story short there are cheaper and friendlier stores. Save your money and time. They don't deserve either one.
