I wish I could give them 0 stars. I dropped my film camera off on May 4th to get developed. Do NOT trust these people with your camera or pictures. You will lose so many good memories you thought you captured on your camera because they are absolute uncaring buffoons. They told me to come back 2 weeks later. I called back, they weren’t ready. Several weeks go by. I call back and they said they still weren’t ready. At this point it is June. They sound frustrated with me now when I call and ASSURE me they will call me when they have my pictures and camera back. I finally call them again TODAY, June 23rd. They tell me it’s ready. I go in and they hand me 25 disappointing overdeveloped pictures that were absolutely ruined. A few came out decent but you can see the rest on the right. I basically beg the manager for a number I can call because he’s looking at me with his arms up like well! Not sure what to do about this! And he proceeds to try to help and gave me the number to Fujifilm headquarters… in Japan. I know he was just trying to help but it just felt like such a slap in the face to trust that a business will actually do a good job of what they offer. I came here excited to get MONTHS worth of film developed and was absolutely disappointed. They LOST my film camera, took nearly 2 months to get the pictures developed and the pictures as you can see look horrible. Gave me 0 remedies or solutions. And now I’m out a Kodak Ektra 110 camera with very sentimental and important pictures… I literally cried. I just wish my concerns were taken at all seriously because I get it’s just a camera, but the way it / I was treated was so careless. I will never set foot in a Walgreens again and I am so sad. I wish I could give yall -1 stars.

Running at least 45 m behind for vaccine appointments. No line. Person in front of us had 415 appt and is still completing forms. Don’t get your groceries before you come here. 🙃

I have been using the pharmacy at this location for quite some time. I also buy the majority of OTC medications for my large family. We send a lot of photo orders here as well. This is such a slow location. There seems to only be 1 person working here ever and they never seem to be at the register. This is a very convenient location to my home but has caused a lot of headaches with how long things take.

I took my aunt this morning for dental surgery. They gave her a prescription that they said she need to start as soon as possible so I took her to the pharmacy she's been using, Walgreens at 120 and Piedmont Rd. We drove up to the window at approximately 12:30pm and told the individual that approached the window, JeMichael, that my aunt had just had surgery and we needed our prescription filled as soon as possible, please. ALL he would say is "After 3pm". We tried to further explain WHY we needed it so quickly and he would cut us off and repeat "After 3pm". My aunt, frustrated, finally leaned across me and said "No, I need it quickly". He repeated his script one more time so we said we needed the prescription back and would take it somewhere with better customer service at which point he slid it through the tray and turned and walked away. We had other prescriptions to pick up so we sat at the window. When he finally returned, we continued to receive poor CS but he did apologize for the delay indicating that the pharmacist was busy giving vaccines. I told him that I appreciated the explanation but felt it was unnecessary to be rude. He spat out "I wasn't rude!" and turned and walked away again. I realize the last couple of years have changed things, businesses are understaffed, employees are frustrated, but goodness. Can't we all try to be kind to one another and EMPATHETIC. He didn't care at all to listen. My aunt is changing pharmacies.
