Their “system” is constantly going down and the technicians are rude and incompetent. I had to spend 15 minutes on the phone arguing that they did, in fact, have my prescription. This call was at 2:30 pm, and they advised my prescription would be ready by 5 pm. I then received a notification that my prescription was being delayed because they were reviewing my insurance. However, when I called again at 4:30 pm regarding this notification, they advised that there, in fact, was not an issue with insurance, but they had not even begun processing my prescription and had to check if it was even in stock. Then they advised that their system had gone down and that my prescription would not be ready for another hour. I attempted to pick up my prescription at 6:30 pm and was advised that the system had just come back up and they would not be able to fill the prescription until the next day. When I expressed my frustration that this would not have been an issue if they had not delayed filling my prescription for over 2 hours because of a non-existent insurance issue, the technician responded incredibly rudely. The fact that people cannot obtain their prescriptions in a timely manner and without having to place multiple phone calls to deal with the incompetence of the technicians is unacceptable, and the rude responses are just the cherry on top of a pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

HIGHLY rude & incompetent pharmacy staff. 1st time having to use this place as a pharmacy & the staff told me they have no record of any prescriptions. Told them my doctor sent it in 2 hours ago & they told me to call my doctor because they “don’t have anything”. 30+ minutes later on the phone with my doctor (who i have on the phone with me to tell the Walgreens staff that the prescription was sent in) to which they then all of a sudden have my prescription. I then asked if I get set up with alerts on my phone & she said “yeah we signed you up”… i asked how that’s possible if they don’t have my phone number? She then gave me sass as i read out my correct phone number? Terrible attitude from BOTH of the females behind the counter. Rude rude rude.

This location is terrible. It’s starts when you pull into the lot which is a mess, spaces are too small, no one is parked well, parking is limited, trash is everywhere. Several visits to this location it was closed due to loss of power. But mostly the pharmacy here sucks. I booked an appointment for my kids Covid shots a week in advance, no one ever bothered to cancel my appointment since they DO NOT have kids Covid vaccines. You can’t even call me the day of so I don’t waste my time dragging my kids over here! The staff was so rude so unsympathetic and just laid blame elsewhere. But I could tell they don’t care. Take you business elsewhere or you’ll just wind up writing a bad review too.

The worst incompetent pharmacist and staff I’ve ever encountered. First they only gave me one prescription when I went to pick up my prescriptions my dr called in. Got home and it was only 1. Call them and ask them about the other one they said I didn’t ask for it. I’ve never been to a pharmacist that I have to ask for all my prescription if two is called in to fill. then they told me that my insurance didn’t pay for it yet again usually a pharmacist will tell you that when you’re there. come to find out they never ran my insurance not even for the one I picked up, (so I paid too much) the second one they said that didn’t get approved. I had it transferred to another Walgreens. They ran my insurance and my insurance pay for it. Do not go to Walgreens you’ll be out of pocket for no reason.

Spent over $40 on printed photos, only for every one to be insanely pixilated and blurry, even though they were all high resolution photos. So frustrating. I will not be printing here again.
