Kristian St. Shaw1 Star5/15/24 I’m actually just leaving this facility and want to give my honest opinion. My husband got chin lipo (not sure of results yet) and Dr. Cox was great, very professional but the lady at the front desk with blonde hair had a DISGUSTING attitude. She was unkind and unhelpful when I asked her to check on my husband. I had to ask her twice. My husband is black and I’m Afro Latina. I’m positive she is a RACIST, because I watched her for 45min interact with multiple people while I waited for my husband & she was way more friendly to all of the people that looked like her, even with her tone. When I walked up to ask her for help she had a disgusted look on her face and her tone completely switched. She also stared at me multiple times while I was minding my own business. We’re unfortunately used to this kind of treatment but I am always wishing that we’d get equal kindness. I wanted to come back to start getting treatment for myself, but I’d hate to have to experience her nastiness again. We will take our money elsewhere.Thursday 16th May 2024

Kendra also made suggestions on future treatments especially tailored for me.
